Our Mission

The American Association of Senior Veterinarians is an organization dedicated through the education and experience of its members to protecting the health of all animals including man. It fosters public health, animal health and a sustainable environment by enhancing the science and art of veterinary medicine and the concept of one health for all.

The Vision of AASrV

The American Association of Senior Veterinarians (AASrV) is an internationally recognized organization of veterinarians prepared to advise the AVMA, veterinarians and the public on matters relating to the health of animals, man, the environment, and political issues related to federal, state, and local legislation that might affect the science and art of veterinary medicine. The AASrV keeps its members abreast of information that can lead to healthier aging. The AASrV maintains open communication with its members and all sectors of the public with interest in veterinary medicine. The AASrV is a gender neutral and culturally diverse organization.
